Removal and installation of hydraulic and electronic control unit ABS / EBD
Details of installation of electronic and hydraulic control unit ABS / EBD | | |
| - Switch off the ignition.
- Disconnect the electrical wiring from the electronic control unit (ECU).
 | Try to avoid accidental power supply board (12) to any of terminals ECU! |
- Carefully wipe the surface hydromodulator (HCU), completely removing from it the traces of dirt and grease.
- Preliminary having marked, disconnect the hydraulic lines from the HCU.
- Remove the support bracket bolts hydromodulator mudguard to the wing in the engine compartment of the vehicle.
- Remove hydromodulator assembly with support bracket and an electronic control unit (ECU).
| - Remove the locking pin, remove the landing sleeve assembly and remove the HECU support bracket.

- Turn out fixing bolts and remove the assembly from the HECU electronic control unit (ECU).
- Check the sealing elements ECU for scoring and cracks, - in case of need make replacement.
- Installation is in the reverse order - track correctness connection of hydraulic lines (guided by applied in the process of dismantling, - identification mark), as well as compliance with the requirements Specifications Chapter brake system to the efforts of a tightening of threaded fasteners.
- In summary pump hydraulic path of brake system (see. Section pumping the brakes), and make trial runs of the car.
