When reassembling make sure of compliance with Specifications Chapter brake system to the efforts of a tightening of threaded fasteners.

Estimate degree of deterioration and general components. Replace defective parts.

PERFORMANCE ORDER

Measure the thickness of the disc, - measurements should be made at several points around the perimeter. Compare result of measurement to requirements of Specifications of the Head Brake system, in case of need make replacement.

With the plunger-type meter (DTI), determine the magnitude of the lateral runout - if the measurement result exceeds the limit value (0.1 mm), give the disc in groove (within the allowable range of thickness), or make a replacement.
