Removal and installation of assemblage of the vacuum amplifier of brakes



When removing proceed in numerical order components.

Dismounting assembly brake servo

1 - Connectors wiring gauge-switch of the brake fluid level and differential gauge-switch
2 - Vacuum hose
3 - Brake line
4 - Bolt
5 - control valve
6, 9 - Nuts

7 - Support bracket control valve
8 - GTZ
10 - Lock
11 - Finger
12 - servo
13 - Gasket


PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Remove the GTZ (see. Section Removal, service and installation of the main brake cylinder).
  2. Disconnect from the assembly of the brake booster vacuum hose.
  1. In the car, remove the clamp and remove the finger attachment push rod to the brake pedal.
  1. At the rear of the engine compartment bulkhead release the four mounting screws and remove assemblage of the vacuum amplifier with a follower of GTZ.
  1. Installation is in the reverse order - Ensure compliance with the Specifications Chapter brake system to the efforts of a tightening of threaded fasteners. Do not forget to adjust the length of the push rod (see. Section Removal, service and installation of the main brake cylinder) and the pump hydraulic path (see. Section pumping the brakes)
