Removing and installing brake pedal

Proceed in the order of numbering of components.

Details of installation of the brake pedal


1 - Lock (must be replaced on a mandatory basis) 2 - Finger 3 - Nut 4 - Bolt 5 - Return spring	6 - Pedal 7 - Spacer sleeve 8 - Axial sleeve 9 - Rubber buffer 10 - Cover shoes

PERFORMANCE ORDER

Estimate degree of deterioration of axial sleeves and shoe covers, do not check whether the pedal arm is bent or weakened if the return spring. Replace defective components.
Installation is the reverse order of disassembly of components - Axial and remote bush before boarding grease lithium grease (NGLI ?�� 2). Ensure compliance with the requirements of the specification of the Head Brake system to the efforts of a tightening of threaded fasteners.
Finally, do not forget to adjust the pedal (see. Section Checking and adjusting the brake pedal).
