Engine volume of 2.2 liters



PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Set the camshaft. To do this, screw the flange shaft (16) with new bolts (wrench size T40). Tighten bolts as follows: first torque wrench to 20 Nm and then tighten spanner a further 90 ?� (1/4 turn).
2. Turn left, implant intake camshaft gear (13) mounting the piston (14) and the spherical spring (14a), while it engages with the flange shaft. The position of the flanged shaft must be set beforehand. The application of paint markings shall be the same.
3. Place the control circuit on the intake camshaft gear. This must be the same applied during the dismantling of the markings on the side chain and sprocket.
4. Tighten the nut (6) with a torque of 65 Nm, while the locking slot to be directed outward.
5. Insert anchor (2), the collet must be anchored on toning down the control piston (18).
6. Bolt the flange (1), tighten the following: torque wrench to 5 Nm, then turn in the same direction by 90 ?� (1/4 turn). At the same time hold the anchor (2) of the flats spanner SW24.
7. Tighten the exhaust camshaft gear and the engine 1,8 / 2,0 l - additional gear intake shaft with a superimposed control circuit new bolts (wrench size T40). Markings on the sprocket and chain must match. Tighten bolts as follows: torque wrench to 20 Nm, then turn in the same direction of the spanner 90 ?� (1/4 turn).
8. Install the chain tensioner.
A warning

Pull the locking pins from the camshaft.


9. Connect the outlet pipe.
10. Attach the coolant hose rear cylinder head and secure with hose clamps.
11. Screw the guide tubes dipstick of the engine and the automatic transmission to the cylinder head.
12. Coat the sealing surface of the front cover (23) sides of the cylinder head sealing 10 002 989 0020 or other sealant.
13. Install the sleeve handling to the two bolts (1) (the thread diameter 8 mm) behind the cover. 56. Install new O-ring for the coolant and insert the cover.
14. Screw the screws (1) on both sides of a torque of 20 Nm and bolts (2) (the thread diameter of 6 mm) with a torque of 10 Nm
15. Install wire Lambda probe.
16. Slide the vent hose to the cylinder head.
17. Screw the holder of the crankshaft position sensor rear cylinder head.
18. Screw the intake manifold to the cylinder head.
19. Install a new gasket and tighten the screws crosswise to a torque of 20 Nm
20. Set the coolant (thermostat).
21. Fill the coolant.
22. Install the cylinder head cover.
23. Connect the "weight" of the battery.
24. Set the clock.
25. Enter the anti-theft code for the radio.
26. Warm up the engine to operating temperature and check for leaks.
A warning

If oil leakage due to seal leakage of the cylinder head is recommended oil change.
