1 - draft
2 - the intermediate lever
3 - the lever
4 - thermostatic actuator
5 - an adjusting nut


PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. This adjustment must be carried out at a coolant temperature below 20 ?� C. At higher temperatures cool thermostatic actuator 4.
  2. Ensure the free movement of air dampers.
  3. Slide the rod 1 to the left, resting it in the intermediate lever 2.
  4. 3 Move the lever all the way in one thrust actuator.
  5. Check starting backlash stage I the choke using a drill with a diameter of 3.2 mm.
  6. If necessary, loosen the nut 5 and have the proper size 4 servo movement.

PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Remove the bimetallic spring, turn on the ignition and after approximately 150 to move the actuator rod 1 to the left until it stops.
  2. 3 Move the lever all the way in one thrust actuator.
  3. Check starting backlash Level II air shutter using a drill with a diameter of 4.2 mm.
  4. If necessary Achieve proper size by turning adjusting screw 6.
