Removal and installation of the carburetor




Withdrawal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Remove the air filter and drain of the coolant.
  2. Disconnect the fuel hoses from the carburetor and the engine cooling system hoses. Disconnect from the electromagnetic shut-off valves.
  3. Disconnect the drive from the sector throttle cable. Disconnect from the carburettor adjustment screws in the area of quality of a mix of white and black vacuum hoses.
  4. Disconnect the green wire with black stripe on the case of the starting device and the green wire with a purple stripe on the thermostatic actuator.


Setting

Installation of the carburetor is performed in reverse order of removal. At the same time, note the following:

PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Tighten the nuts of the carburettor should be crosswise torque 0.8-1.0 kgs.m.
  2. After installing the carburetor add coolant to the normal level and bleed the cooling system.
