Drain the part of the coolant and remove the cover of the liquid chamber. Remove the bimetallic spring, after disconnecting the electric wire.

Setting

Set spacer convex surface toward the carburetor. Establish the case of the bimetallic spring hinge connecting it to the drive arm. Drive the screw fastening of the case of a bimetallic spring, aligning the marks on it and the housing of the starting device. Attached to the body of a bimetallic spring electrically. If necessary, replace the washer cover screws and O-ring body of a bimetallic spring. Install the cover of a bimetallic spring. Fill with coolant to the normal level and bleed the cooling system.
