Clean the carburetor



Replacement of the fuel filter of the carburettor


PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Remove the air filter.
  1. Remove spring clip 1 and remove the connecting rod. Remove the four screws and the eight screws with a cylindrical head.

Cover the carburetor

  1. Disconnect damper on the 2nd chamber vacuum hose. Remove the cover with a screwdriver carburetor and put it on the support tides.
  2. Remove the fuel feed pipe, remove the fuel filter, wash it in gasoline and blow compressed air.
  3. Remove the bracket, and then remove the float and needle valve.
  4. Remove the air and fuel jets idling. Clean main fuel jets main metering systems from mud and tar deposits.
  5. Turn corrector additional qualitative composition of the mixture of the starting device, and remove the piston and spring corrector. Remove the main air jet 2nd chamber and additional air jet trigger device.
  6. Remove the four nuts carburetor, disconnect the hose from the heating unit and remove the carburetor.
  7. Blow out all the holes and jets with compressed air.
  8. Assembling the carburettor is made in reverse order of removal.
