Replacement of the needle valve and setting the fuel level in the float chamber



PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Uncover the carburettor.
  2. Remove the bracket and remove the float and needle valve.
  3. Install the new float and needle valve and fix their guard.
  4. Set 13 caliber 1070.
  5. Lift the float until resistance; wherein the needle valve has to be sunk. In this position, the heel of the caliber must be aligned with the upper edge of the recess of the float.
  6. If necessary, bend the tab of the float.
  7. If the gauge is not, adjust the level of fuel in the float chamber as follows:
    • Remove the cover from the carburetor gasket and lock the axis of the float, so it does not rise;
    • disconnect the wires from the ignition coil and fill the float chamber fuel with the engine starter;
    • measure the distance between the level of the plane of the connector and the fuel of the float chamber, which should be in the range of 7 ?� 1 mm with a cover of the carburettor;
    • In the event of adjustment make podgibaniem tongue float.
