Cardan joints -replacement



Attention!
Cardan joints on the part of the car can not be replaced. Before disassembling the PTO shaft, consult the supplier of spare parts.

Retaining rings bearing crosses chosen thickness. In order not to disturb the balance propeller shaft new lock rings crossings must be exactly the same thickness as the replacement (see. "Technical Data")

1. Designate the relative position of all the components.
2. Clean the plug of dirt and remove the retaining ring (see photo).
3. Knock out bearing crosses a hammer with soft brisk on the fork (photo).
4. Remove the crossbar.
5. Check the bearing clearance necks frogs, replace worn parts.
6. Assemble in the reverse order.

Attention!
Before installation grease retaining rings with grease Install the retaining ring in the former place (photo), given that the thickness of lock rings diametrically opposed bearings must not differ by more than 0.06 mm.
