Releaser - Replacement
1. If repair or replacement is necessary to replace the clutch release bearing, or carry out maintenance work on it. 2. If there is a way out of the bearing grease or the bearing could hardly be turned by hand, it must be replaced. 3. Remove the rubber cover plug coupling. 4. Remove the screwdriver spring ball joint fork (photo). 5. Remove the release fork. 6. Remove the release bearing (photo).
Attention! Check Plug cracks and deformations. Check up freedom of rotation of the bearing of arms. Releaser can not be washed in a solvent. When installing a new clutch release bearing should be replaced. |
7. If necessary, Xpress release bearing from the hub (see photo).

8. Press in the new bearing by applying pressure to the outer race. 9. The assembly is performed in reverse order. Mortgage refractory lubricant into the interior of the hub (see photo). 10. Apply a thin coat of grease on the same friction surfaces of the fork. Excess grease is not allowed 11. If you install a plug on the release bearing, make sure that the end of the spring went into the groove of the bearing and run into the fork (photo).
