3. The main cylinder stsepleniya- removal, dismantling and installation
Withdrawal
1. Disconnect a pusher of the main cylinder of the clutch pedal.
2. Disconnect the hydraulic drive cylinder pipe and drain the liquid.
3. Remove the bolts and remove the cylinder (see photo).
4. Drain any remaining liquid from the tank and clean the cylinder.
5. Remove the dust cover of the cylinder and remove the stop ring (photo).
6. Remove the pusher.
7. Dip the piston in the cylinder and turn restrictive bolt (see photo).
8. Remove the piston assembly from the spring.

Attention!
The design of the piston is not folding.

9. Replace the fluid reservoir should be only in case of damage to the tank. Filmed tank must be replaced.
10. Check the condition of the inner surface of the cylinder. Upon detection of burrs, scratches or painted parts of the cylinder replace.
11. If the inner surface is in good condition, replace only the seals.
12. Before installing the parts need to be lubricated with brake fluid.
13. Use your fingers to set the cuff of the piston into the corresponding slots, ensuring their correct orientation (see photo).
14. The cylinder assembly is performed in reverse order.
15. Installation is performed in reverse order. Check the height of the clutch pedal and a free wheeling (Ch. 1), Bleed the (See below.).
