The clutch pedal - removal, installation and adjustment



Withdrawal
1. Disconnect the master cylinder pushrod from the pedal.
2. Remove the bracket from the stop pedal or the clutch sensor.
3. Unscrew the nut and remove the pedal shaft (photo).

4. Remove the pedal and spring:
5. Rinse the parts in a solvent and replace those that are worn out or damaged. The sleeve is pressed into the pedal, so in the event the wear sleeve is changing the whole foot.
Setting

Adjustment
