Damper clutch cylinder - removal, dismantling and installation
Withdrawal 1. Disconnect the cylinder tubing fitting hydraulic drive (photo), stop the tube. 2. Remove the two screws and remove the cylinder. Dismantling 3. Remove the screws and remove the cover, remove the remaining parts (see photo).

4. Rinse all parts with clean brake fluid. 5. Check the condition of the inner surface of the cylinder. If you notice corrosion or scratches, replace the cylinder. 6. Check the clearance between the cylinder and the piston. If the gap is greater than 0.15 mm, replace the piston or cylinder, having picked up the details so that the gap was normal. 7. During assembly, soak the piston and cylinder with clean brake fluid. Track correctness of installation of all rubber parts. Setting 8. Place the cylinder in the reverse order. 9. Bleed the hydraulic clutch (see. Below). 10. Adjust the height and pedal free play. (Ch. 1)
