Clutch slave cylinder -snyatie, dismantling and installation



Withdrawal
1. Turn the lid from the tank to the plastic film to prevent large loss of fluid when disconnecting the hose.
2. Loosen the nut tube hydraulic drive to the bracket.

3. Remove the spring clip and remove the hose.
4. Disconnect the hose from the cylinder hydraulic drive.
5. Remove the two screws and remove the cylinder
Dismantling
6. Remove the dust cover and remove the plunger. Gently tap the cylinder on a wooden surface, to remove the piston and spring (see photo).

7. Remove the bleed screw.
8. Check the condition of the inner surface of the cylinder. Upon detection of burrs, scratches or painted parts of the cylinder replace.

9. If the parts of the cylinder in good condition, wash them with clean brake fluid and replace seals (commercially available as part of repair kit). Put the piston sleeve, having tracked correctness of its orientation (photo).
10. Before assembly, soak parts in the brake fluid.
11. Assemble the cylinder by setting all the items in the same order.

12. Install the cylinder in the reverse order. Bleed the.
