Clutch - removal



1. Leveling system is required every time after the disassembly and assembly of the clutch.
2. fill in-fwre tank with a fresh brake liquid (use of waste liquid is prohibited).
3. The first step is to remove air from the buffer cylinder.
4. Put on the hose fitting and release the cylinder in a tank filled with brake fluid to 3-5 cm.
5. Remove the bleeder valve 1/2 turn and ask the assistant to press the clutch pedal to failure. Tighten the union, ask the assistant slowly release the pedal. Repeat the procedure until the hose does not cease to leave air bubbles.

6. After two or three times pressing the pedal, check the fluid level. Constantly watch level, the tank must be completely filled with liquid.
7. When the pressed pedal tighten the fitting (do not overtighten), remove the hose, restore the level of liquid in a tank. Follow these same steps to clutch master cylinder.
