Removing and installing rear window wiper motor



Rear window wiper


1 - hinged hood;
2 - a nut, 15 Nm;
3 - the wiper arm;
4 - sealing plug;
5 - washer nozzles;
6 - a sealing ring;
7 - wiper motor;
8 - a nut 8 Nm;
9 - damping ring;
10 - Spacing sleeve;
11 - Wiper

Withdrawal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Move the flip up the cover at the base of the wiper arm a few turns and loosen the wiper arm nuts. By moving the wiper arm to the side, loosen it landed on the line, then unscrew the nut and remove the wiper arm.
2. Remove the inner rear door trim.
3. Disconnect the wiper motor electrical connector (1) and hose (2) liquid feed to the washers (rear wiper bolts indicated by arrows).
4. Remove the nuts wiper motor and remove it.

Setting

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Place the sealing sleeve into the opening rear window (indicated by arrow). Carefully set the wiper motor in place and secure it with nuts.
2. The further installation is made in sequence, return to removal.
3. Tighten the nuts wiper motor 8 Nm.
4. Tighten the wiper arm nuts the moment of 15 Nm.
5. Install the wiper arm in such a way that the distance (a) between the wiper blade and the lower edge of the rear window is 25 mm.
