Withdrawal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Turn off the ignition and remove a wire of weight from the accumulator.
2. Remove the wiper arms.
3. Remove the rubber seal (1) with the bulkhead (see. Fig. Arrangement of screws and seals bulkhead).
4. Remove the screws (2).
5. Remove the pollen filter.
6. On both sides of the car free fairing windshield by pressing the latches in the direction of the arrows.
7. Remove the grille deflector, moving it from the top of the guide.
8. Disconnect the electrical connector from the wiper motor.
9. Remove the screws that hold the rod and the wiper arms (see. Fig. Location nuts wiper linkage).
10. Remove the wiper mechanism of the vehicle.
11. Using a screwdriver blade, remove the rod wiper motor crank (see. Fig. Elements of the drive mechanism of the wiper).
12. Unscrew the nut of the crank to the motor shaft. Thus keep from turning the crank. Move the crank to the side, remove it from the planting of the cone of the motor shaft.
13. Remove the three bolts and remove the motor from the wiper arm.

Setting

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. When installing a new windshield wiper motor, set it to its original position. To do this, connect the wiper motor electrical connector and connect the ground cable to the battery. Briefly switch on and off the wiper operation. In this wiper motor is established in its original position. Remove a wire of weight from the accumulator and disconnect from the wiper motor electrical connector.
2. Place the motor in the wiper mechanism and fix bolts, having tightened their moment of 8 Nm.
3. Replace the crank shaft of the motor in such a position that it was in line with the wiper rods. Tighten the nut on the crank 20 Nm.
4. Attach a crank rod wiper.
5. Replace the wiper mechanism of the car and fix bolts.
6. Connect the electrical connector to the wiper motor.
7. Install the vent grille so that its side aligned with the rubber pad (arrow) on the front of the rack.
8. Replace the filter cover pollen.
9. Screw the vent grille mounting screws and install the rubber seal on top of the bulkhead.
10. Install the wiper arms.
