Location front passenger airbag

The system front airbags, together with three-point seat belts provides additional protection for the head and upper body of the driver and front seat passenger in the event of severe frontal collisions.

In addition to performing its basic protective function, seat belts also provide a frontal impact this state bodies of the driver and front passenger, in which the air bags can provide the greatest protection.

- Warning lamp on the instrument panel.

Functional readiness SIR is controlled by an electronic device.

After each switching on the ignition control lamp airbag system lights up for a few seconds (self-test).

Violation of the operational readiness of the system shows the following:

- When the ignition control lamp does not light up;
- After a few seconds after the ignition warning lamp does not go out;
- After the ignition warning lamp goes out and then lights up again;
- While moving the control lamp lights up or flickers.
