Replacement of brake pipes and hoses
The brake system as the piping used tubes, which together with high pressure hoses provide a connection to the brake master cylinder. Brake hoses are flexible connections between the fixed parts of the car. Withdrawal | - Raise the vehicle.
- Unscrew and remove the brake hose to the caliper or wheel brake cylinder.
| - Remove the bracket on the strut with pliers.

- Unscrew the brake hose on the rigid pipe couplings.
- Plug the pipe to the master cylinder suitable stopper or pre-pump out the brake fluid expansion tank by suction.

Setting | - Install the brake hoses only factory-made.
- Screw the new brake hose to the rigid pipe with a torque of 20 Nm. This torque also applies to other connections of rigid pipe.
- Install the new brake hose so that it is in finding the wheel in the middle position is not a twisted slack. Fasten the brake hose bracket to mount on the strut.
- Disc brakes: Screw brake hose to the caliper with 2 new gaskets with a force of 30 Nm, with the pin on the connection must enter into the hole on the support.
| - After installation, if the unloaded wheel (the car raised) to check that the hose followed all the movements of the wheel and never rubbed.

 | Avoid contact with the brake lines of oil or gasoline do not varnish them and do not cover the mastic underbody protection. |
