Driving the air conditioning system

PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. In no case do not disconnect any part coolant loop to remove the air conditioner refrigerant by a qualified refrigeration engineer.
  2. If the air conditioner interferes with the details of any other repair work is allowed to remove them secure and take them aside so far as the flexibility of joints, but do not disconnect the hoses. If all the same place for work is still not enough, before disconnecting and removing the parts necessary to fully discharge the system. Upon completion of work the system charge.
  3. Periodically check the condition of the condenser, remove the dirt and insects with a water jet from a hose or compressed air.
  4. Periodically check the tension of the compressor belt. The deflection of the belt in the middle of its longest branch should be 10.0 mm. If adjustment is necessary, loosen the pulley nut, then turn the adjusting screw the bracket to the desired angle and retighten the pulley nut.
