Check / replacement of valve fuel cut



Fuel cut valve on the pump opens the fuel supply when the ignition. It should be checked if the engine does not start or continue to run when you turn off the ignition.

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Ask the assistant to include ignition, the valve should click.
2. Disconnect the connector valve fuel cut.
3. Connect a voltmeter or LED tester to check voltage to the cable harness and connector weight. Turn the ignition battery (12V). Otherwise, check the wiring scheme.
4. Connect an ohmmeter between the valve pin and ground. The resistance should be 0 ohms.
5. If necessary, remove the valve and check the ease of movement of the piston and the state of the spring.
6. Insert the new valve stopping delivery of fuel and torque to 20 Nm Connect the cable.
7. Remove the air supply system.
