Power system



Elements of the power supply system

By the power supply system include a fuel tank, fuel lines, fuel injection pump (fuel pump) from the injectors and the fuel filter. Current supply of fuel is reflected on the fuel gauge. The fuel tank is equipped with a ventilation system. If the fuel tank is empty the fuel system must be bled.


A warning

To check when the starter is difficult, it is being supplied to the fuel injection valves, two valves should weaken the union nuts and start the engine without the heater until the fuel will speak at the union nut. Tighten the coupling nuts and start the engine according to instructions.


PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. If the fuel does not give in, remove air from the system as follows.
2. Fill the pump with diesel fuel.
3. Fill the fuel fuel filter.
4. towing vehicle.
5. Thanks to these measures achieved rapid removal of air from the system.
6. When working with the power supply system, observe the rules of cleanliness.
7. In addition, make sure that the diesel fuel did not flow for the coolant hoses.
8. If necessary, the hoses should be immediately clear.
9. Eroded hoses should be replaced.
