PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Remove the cylinder head.
2. Remove the camshaft.
A warning If will be established the old part of the distribution mechanism should be set at the old place. In order not to confuse parts, it is advisable to prepare a special place for layout details.
3. Remove the bucket tappets and arrange them according to the installation position.
	4. Remove the valve springs. To remove the conical crackers and at the same valve springs otzhimatel use a special valve springs.
5. Compress valve springs and remove the conical crackers.
6. Loosen and remove otzhimatel valves.
7. Remove the valve.
8. Remove the upper spring seat, the spring and the lower spring plate.
9. Remove the valve stem seals the valve stem.

Setting

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. If you installed the old valve and the old cylinder head, before assembly, check valve guides.

2. If the new valves are installed in the old head should be treated valve seats in the cylinder head and valves to produce lapped.

3. Clean the valves from the remnants of a deposit with the help of the scraper and wire brush.

4. Lubricate all bucket tappets engine oil and insert into the holes.

5. Install ravpredval.

6. Replace the cylinder head gasket, install the cylinder head.

7. If necessary, adjust the valve clearance.
