Defective injectors can cause severe engine knock and damage the bearings. In such faults leave the engine idling, and loosen the union nut in order injectors. When loosening a flare nut knocking disappears, this indicates a faulty nozzle.
Faulty injector can also be found, in order of weakening union nuts, with the engine at a fast idle. When nut loosening speed is not changed, then the corresponding defective nozzle. The nozzle can be checked using a pressure gauge (performed in the workshop). The required injection pressure: 120-140 bar.
The first signs of trouble injectors are:
- Disruptions in the cylinder; - Knock on one or more cylinders; - Engine overheating; - Loss of engine power; - Too black exhaust gas; - High fuel consumption.
Withdrawal
PERFORMANCE ORDER | 1. Carefully clean the outside of the cold cleaner or diesel fuel injection lines and fuel return lines. | 2. Remove the fuel high pressure set to loosen the union nut on the pump and nozzles prorezannnym ring spanner. At the same time hold the mount conventional key. | 5. Remove the return line. | 6. Remove the nozzle socket wrench and place them in the installation procedure. If necessary, mark the nozzle tape so they can be set in place. | 7. Cover the hole injectors that have not been put foreign bodies. | 8. Remove the gasket injectors. The gaskets must be replaced. | A warning In no case do not clean the nozzle or nozzles Needle wire or a file. Do not confuse the separate parts of nozzles together.
