Removal of air from hydraulic drive wheel
Attention! Bleed the steering is necessary for any disassembly line, regardless of the measures that have been taken to prevent the ingress of air. |
1. Check the fluid level, if necessary restore, having added to the mark on the dipstick tank. Warm fluid hydraulic drive, which is idling the engine, turn the steering wheel in both sides for 2 minutes. 2. Lift the front of the vehicle so that the wheels touch the floor slightly. 3. Turn the steering wheel from side to side until it stops at least 10 times, with the exception of a strong impact limiters, hold the wheel at the end of each turn. 4. Check the fluid level. 5. Start the engine and, after several minutes of idling stop. Check the fluid level. 6. Run the engine for a few seconds, stop and check the fluid level. Turn the wheel on both sides to stop at least 10 times, recheck the fluid level. 7. If, after these procedures there is foam in the tank and pump operation is accompanied by increased noise, the air from the hydraulic drive is not removed. In this case, wait until the foam disappears, check the fluid level, and repeat the procedure. 8. If, after a few cycles of pumping the air is not removed, then the system has a leak. Have an assistant crank the wheel to stop several times and kept completely inside-out (no more than 15 seconds). During the rotation of the wheels Inspect hoses and tubes and check for leaks. If there is no leak, the faulty steering and the vehicle should be checked in the service station.
