The upper arm and ball joint and install -snyatie



1. raise the front of the vehicle.
2. Remove the wheel.
3. Remove the top nut and tighten the shock absorber.
4. Gently lift the jack lower arm.
5. Release the nut of the top hinge. Extract the support of the stripper finger knuckle eye (see photo). Remove the nut.
6. Remove the bolts from the axis of the arm to the frame and remove the lever assembly with the support and shims. Pay attention to the number and order of the shims (photo).
7. Loosen the nuts and remove the support. Support not folding, and if worn replaced entirely.

8. The hardened sleeve or damaged, replace the lever. To do this, unscrew the axle nut and press out the axis of the arm (need to press).
9. Before pressing in the new bushings moisten them with soapy water. Bushings are pressed at a hydraulic press so that the collar on the sleeve in response braced in the sleeve recess of the lever.
10. Insert the axle and put inside the washer so that their rounded sides were inward.
11. Press in the outer sleeve.
12. Tighten the axle nut.
13. Establish the lever support.
14. Establish the lever, making sure the safety of shims. Tighten bolts with the set moment.

15. Check the size of A and B (see photo). Compare them with those specified in the Technical data, adjust if necessary.
16. Other operations are performed in reverse order. Bolts and nuts tighten completely after lowering the car on wheels. Check and adjust the wheel alignment.
