Cost-effective operation of the air conditioning system

When operating the installation in the air cooling operation drive its compressor is driven by the engine, and therefore the character of use setting affects the fuel consumption. For the duration of the work of the air conditioner as much as possible to reduce the need to consider the following recommendations.

If the interior of the car is hot standing under the influence of solar radiation, it is recommended for a short time to open the windows or doors to ventilate the interior.

If during the movement opened a window or the sunroof, do not include climate control.

When the desired temperature in the cabin can be achieved without the inclusion of the air conditioner, it is better to use the cabin ventilation system.

General information

At high temperature and high humidity outdoor air may condensate dripping from the evaporator and the formation of puddles under the car. This is normal and is not an indication of leakage of the system.

All controls, except the handles B and D and E keys can be set to any intermediate position.

To avoid misting, it should be at a low vehicle speed turn the handle in the lower level of the operating mode of the fan and put the handle with position .

If the climate control for a long time is not included, it is possible with the inclusion odor due to the accumulation of deposits on various kinds of evaporation. To avoid odor should include climate control - also during the cold season - at least once a month with the highest level of the fan. At the same time open for a short time one of the windows.

The heating capacity of the heating system depends on the temperature of the coolant of the engine, so the greatest heating occurs when at operating temperature engine.

In order to heating, ventilation and air conditioning system to work reliably, you need an opening for fresh air intake, located in front of the windshield, keep clean from ice, snow and leaves.

Used air is removed through outlets under the rear window. When holding items of clothing on the shelf luggage you must see to it that these holes are not blocked.
