Cars with air conditioning




A warning

Do not open the coolant circuit air conditioning, as the fluid contains a substance which, in contact with the skin can cause frostbite. When removing the engine and do not open the coolant circuit.


PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove the V-ribbed belt.
2. Remove the refrigerant compressor (arrows) and hook it with the wiring on the side of the body.
3. Cars with height adjustment: unscrew the oil discharge oil pump hoses (arrows). If the double pump, disconnect the oil lines from the pump.
4. The special suction syringe hydraulic oil from the power steering reservoir. Unscrew the hoses and turn. Collect spilled liquid with a rag.
5. Automatic Transmission: hose clamps drag oil lines the oil cooler.
6. Remove the oil lines (arrows) of the air cooler.
7. Manual transmission: pre depressing the retaining clips, remove the stems with a fork handles transmission. *
8. Remove the hydraulic hoses sensor coupling (arrows). *
9. Automatic Transmission: disconnect from the transmission shift lever mechanism and remove the element wiring switches immobilizer and rear light (S 16/1). Disconnect the element wiring Kickdown - solenoid valve on the right side of the gearbox. *
10. If there is, remove the tacho inductive sensor (arrow) and remove the two lower bolts starter. Connect the wire aside. If the motor is removed without transmission, remove the starter. *
11. Remove the speed sensor (L3). *
12. Remove the wire of "weight" between the starter and the body.
13. If the engine is separated from the transmission, remove the starter.
14. Remove the side support flue gas from a transmission device. *
15. Remove the convector average tunnel. *
16. Remove the propeller shaft from the gearbox and push it from the box. *
17. Loosen the bolts of propshaft center bearing, unscrew the nut and push the PTO shaft as far as possible back. *
18. Bring a transmission jack with a wooden intermediate seal and gently slide it (lift) box.
19. If the engine is separated from the gearbox, unscrew the bolts connecting them to the bottom.

20. Pick up the cable to the engine. For this purpose the appropriate thread the cable or chain in the eyes of the engine (arrows). Gently slide the drive with a crane.
21. Remove the rear engine bracket with a support, unscrew the nut (47) and bolts (48). *
22. Remove the bottom screws with hexagon (arrow) of the front engine mount on the transverse support frame of the vehicle.
23. Remove the upper bolts connecting the engine and gearbox.
24. Separate the engine from the gearbox via the mount and remove it (lift).
25. Raise engine with gearbox in position at an angle, adjusting the slope to the lifting height. The maximum slope of about 45 ?�.

A warning

Lift the engine carefully, so as not to damage the car body. It is particularly eye follow the back of the engine and the oil filter. Also, check whether all disconnected from the engine.


26. If the engine and the gearbox is dismantled together disconnect flange transmission.
