PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove the cylinder head.
2. Check cylinder head / engine block to the deflection in the length and width with a ruler and a set of templates. The entire length of the deflection must not exceed 0.08 mm. Across the width of the trough should not be.

3. Check the flatness of the cylinder head as on the top surface of the seal to the cylinder head cover. Tolerance should not exceed 0.1 mm.
A warning

If a partition between the inlet and outlet valve detected light scratches, the replacement of the cylinder head is not necessary. If the surface of the cylinder head, especially the surface of the separation of the combustion chambers, uneven, misshapen or have minor injuries such as scratches, scratches and so on. D., - The damaged surface of the grind. This does not apply to the sealing surface of the cylinder head cover.

4. The engine capacity of 2.0 liters: the total height of the cylinder head is H = 142,9-143,1 mm.
After grinding the height of the cylinder head must be at least H = 142.2 mm.
The height of the microscopic irregularities of the sealing surface must not be greater than 0.004 mm. When the distance from the end of the valve stem to the surface of the camshaft bearing H1 = 20,4-21,4 mm can continue to use the valve. When H1 = mm 21,4-21,97 install a new valve length of 106.4 mm. When H1 = 19,5-20,3 mm can be set refurbished valve length 105.5 mm.
After polishing the surface potential of motor block look for the maximum amount of projection of the piston, which must be 0,74-0,96 mm. When you install the ledge 0,96-1,16 mm thicker head gasket cylinder (1.85 mm).
The polished cylinder head before installing it, check the gap valve (A) and a projection antechamber. Projection antechamber: 7,6-8,1 mm.
