Valves




The engine capacity of 2.0 liters


A warning

If items control valve will be used again, they must be installed in its place. To avoid confusion of parts, fabricate panel for storage.


Withdrawal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove the cylinder head and place on wooden slats so that the valves are supported from below.
2. Remove the valve stem seals.
3. Fold in the side of the cylinder head and remove the valve from the guides.
4. Clean the valves.
5. Valves Burned plates, with too small height (h) of the valve disc, worn or scratched rods should be replaced. The limit value (h) cm. Table sizes of valves.
6. Repair shop can check the valve stem to the beating and make revision angle bearing surface of the valve. Maximum run-out valve stem and valve seat: 0.03 mm.

A warning

In all processing operations of valves should be borne in mind that the angle of the valve disc is a = 45 ?� + 15 ?�.

Note: The valve stem core and engine capacity of 2.2 / 2.5 L 3 have the ring groove.

Setting

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Before installing the check valve and the valve guide, if necessary, modify the valve seat.
2. Strip the valve stem in place fit stock items.
3. Lightly lubricate the valve stem and the valve guide with engine oil and install valve.
4. Install new valve stem seals.
5. Install the valve spring.
6. Set all valves, not to confuse the intake and exhaust valves.
7. Set the bucket tappets.
8. Install the cylinder head.
