Cylinder head cover (2,2 / 2,5)



Cylinder head cover is removed, for example, for disassembly nozzles camshaft or cylinder head.

Withdrawal


PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Disconnect a wire of "weight" batteries.
A warning

This erased anti-theft radio code.


2. Remove the cross tube of the air filter.
3. Remove the wire channel on the engine (3).
4. Remove the top cover (4).
5. Remove the ventilation system of the engine (5) of the cylinder head and remove the reconnecting. It does not bend the air lines.
6. Remove the drain masloshlangi with nozzles.
7. Remove the bolts (6) cylinder head cover.
8. Remove the cylinder head cover (7) with the gasket (8).

Setting

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Before installing the cylinder head cover Track correctness of landing (arrow) bushes cover (1). Replace damaged sealing rings.
2. Install the cylinder head cover with gasket and tighten to a torque of 10 Nm, t. E. Not very much. Replace damaged gasket.
3. Connect the fuel injection pipes and drain masloshlangi.
4. Connect the hose and attach the ventilation motor.
5. Replace the plastic cover and wire channel.
6. Install the cross tube of the air filter.
7. Connect the battery earth cable (-).
8. Set the anti-theft code for the radio.
9. Start the engine and check for oil-tightness.
