Removing sound



Contact audio signal in a steering wheel is energized via fuse directly from the battery. This means that even when the ignition is switched off when you press the alarm signal sounds. If there is no sound, check whether the faulty device itself.

SEQUENCE OF WORK

For vehicles with air conditioning installed in front of the radiator signal (arrow) is accessible only after removing the protective grille

1. To remove the signal located in front of the radiator, open the hood and remove the fan grille (on cars with air conditioning) on the radiator grille. To remove the signal fixed below the bumper, the car is set on the support and remove the bottom protection of a motor compartment (Fig. 9.31, 9.32).

To troubleshoot sound, fixed below the bumper, you must first remove the lower protection of the engine compartment

2. Remove the nut signal.
3. Remove the pin and remove the signal.
