Removing the headlamp



In view of the high-voltage all work with the xenon headlights, including lamp replacement, we recommend charging the STOA experts. Therefore, the following is the procedure for removing a halogen headlamps.

SEQUENCE OF WORK

After removing bolts (arrows) access panel lights 2 1 3 with the seal can be removed and positioned at the junction of the wing. If the headlamp washer is further necessary to remove the hose connection 4, the mechanism leading to the washer. Prior to assembly, thoroughly clean all parts

1. Open the hood, remove the right and left bolts around lights (Fig. 9.21).
2. Gently pry the lid mechanism of the headlight washer (if installed) with a screwdriver wrapped with a cloth or plastic instrument.
3. The external panel, together with a sealant take away and leave at the junction of the wing.
4. Remove the bolts to the holder lights on top and bottom, as well as by most lights.
5. Remove the vacuum hose-leveling mechanism.
6. Disconnect the electrical connectors.
7. Remove the headlight forward.
8. The lens headlamps can be replaced individually. To do this, remove the seal and loosen the clamps on the perimeter lights. When assembling clamp mount until it clicks. The seal is replaced with a lens.
9. If you removed the lens and reflector can be replaced.
10. After installing the lights must be adjusted in the workshop.
