Remember that generated in the process of brake dust can contain extremely harmful to human health asbestos. In no case do not blow off the dust with compressed air and do not inhale it - serving mechanisms wear protective mask or respirator. In no case do not use for cleaning brake components with gasoline or petroleum-based solvents, - use only genuine cleaners or methyl alcohol!

Supports both brakes one axis must be changed at the same time.

REMOVAL

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. The design of the disc brake shown in the illustrations.
2. Loosen the nuts respective wheels. Poddomkratte front / back of the car and establish it on props. Prop chock the wheels stay on the ground. Remove the wheels.
3. To remove the drive cable from the parking brake actuator lever brake the rear wheel support bracket otboltite cable from the caliper assembly. Release the tip of a cable from the fork arm.

4. Remove the banjo bolt couplings and remove the sealing washers. Disconnect the hose from the caliper. Immediately plug the open end of the hose disconnected in order to minimize the loss of hydraulic fluid.

5. Turn out fixing bolts and remove a support with support bracket.

INSTALLATION

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Installation is in the reverse order. Do not forget to replace copper sealing washer (gasket) on both sides of the connector connecting the choke to the caliper brake hose. Typically, a set of new pads attached remnabore. Tighten the caliper mounting bolts and banjo bolt couplings with demanded effort.
2. Bleed the brake circuit (see. Section Bleeding brake system). Check for signs of leakage couplings brake lines.
3. Replace the wheel, lower the car on the earth and tighten wheel nuts with demanded effort (see. Specifications to the Head of Adjustment and routine maintenance). Before starting operation of the vehicle check up serviceability of functioning of brakes.
