Replacement of the metering valve controller



PERFORMANCE ORDER

On models 1993 and 1994 Vol. metering valve controller is built into the assembly of the GTZ.

1. On models since 1995 vol., Are not equipped with anti-lock braking system (ABS), there are two dosing valve controller, they are both screwed into the assembly GTZ. On models with ABS used separately mounted control valve.
2. The control valve is not serviceable and if the wheels when braking ahead of time start to block the car should be driven away to check for station maintenance - need a special gauge.
3. If the valve permits leakage, or otherwise damaged, release the special spanner wrench with slotted-head nipple nut, then otboltite valve from the support bracket and remove it from the master cylinder assembly. After replacing the valve bleed the brake system (see. Section Bleeding brake system).
