Maintenance intervals



Recommendations for maintenance are for motorists who will perform the work yourself. The owner, interested in keeping your car in perfect condition with a view to sale, we recommend to perform many operations more frequently. If the car is new, to save the factory warranty service is carried out by authorized dealer.

Every 500 km of run or weekly car
Check levels:
- Engine oil;
- A cooling liquid;
- A brake fluid;
- The battery electrolyte;
- Fluid in the windshield washer reservoir, if necessary add concentrate glass cleaner such as Turtle Wax High Tech Screen Wash.
Check the tire condition and tire pressure.
Check operation of all lamps lighting and sound.

Every 10 000 km or 6 months car
Check the fluid level in the hydraulic power steering.
Change the engine oil and oil filter.
Check the tightness of bolts carburetor.
Check and lubricate the joints of the body.
Check the cooling system.
Check and, if necessary, replace the hoses in the engine compartment.
Check the exhaust system.
Check and if necessary adjust the valve clearances.
Check and, if necessary, adjust the tension accessory drive belt.
Check and, if necessary, adjust the ignition timing.
Check and, if necessary, adjust the speed of the crankshaft of the engine idling and the quality of the air-fuel mixture.
Check the clutch pedal.
Inspect the spark plug, adjust electrode gap or replace them.
Check the overrun of the motor.
Optionally spend rotate the tires.
Check the steering and suspension elements.
Check the oil level in the gearbox.
Check the crankcase main gear.
Check the condition of the brake pads.
Check the condition of the brake system.
Check and service the battery.
Check and, if necessary, replace the wiper blade windscreen.

Every 20 000 km or 12 months car
Follow the work described under "Every 10 000 km or 6 months, the car", and the following operations.
Check the thickness of the brake linings.
Check the effect of the choke carburetor.
Check operation of the parking brake.
Check operation of the thermostat of the air filter.
Check fuel supply system components.
Check the accelerator cable.
Replace the fuel filter.
Check the tightness of connections mounting strut front suspension and axle nuts.

Every 30 000 km or 18 months
Follow the work described under "Every 10 000 km or 6 months, the car", and the following operations.
Check the operation of the EGR EGR.
Check the operation of the fuel vapor recovery system.
Check the engine compression.

Every 40 000 km or 24 months
Operations performed in excess of routine maintenance by 10 000 and 20 000 km of run of the car.
Check the bolts fastening the cylinder head.
Check tightness of nuts intake and exhaust manifolds.
Replace the coolant.
Change the oil in a mechanical transmission.
Lubricate and adjust the bearings of the rear wheels.
Inspect and, if necessary, replace the valve crankcase ventilation PCV.
Replace the air filter and PCV PCV.
Inspect and, if necessary, replace the high-voltage wires, cap and rotor of the distributor of ignition.
Check oxygen concentration sensor and, if necessary, replace it.
Replace brake fluid.

Every 75,000 km or 48 months
Beyond the previously mentioned maintenance work is necessary to replace the working fluid in an automatic transmission.

Every 90 000 km or 60 months
Replace toothed timing belt.

Service vehicles operating in severe operating conditions
Heavy Duty:
- Frequent short trips or long work of the engine idling;
- High speed at a high temperature (over 32 ?� C);
- Dusty terrain;
- At a temperature below -12 ?� C for 60 days or more;
- Climatic conditions with high humidity;
- Highland mode or heavy use of the brakes.
If the vehicle is operated in such regimes should adhere to the following service interval.
Replace air and fuel filters more often.
Change the engine oil and oil filter every 3,000 km or every two months.
Replace the hydraulic fluid in the automatic transmission every 35 000 km.
