This section describes the checks and adjustments necessary to maintain a high performance car, economy, traffic safety and durability.
To ensure reliable operation of the vehicle throughout the period of operation must be timely performed maintenance. The manufacturer installed maintenance intervals below.
Keep in mind that you must strictly adhere to the schedule of routine maintenance; fulfillment of only a few service points in accordance with the intervals will not give optimal results.
If maintenance is carried out regularly, it interferes with the normal work of the various units and devices of the car. This is especially true of the engine used car, which is not subject to regular or timely checks. In such cases, in addition to regular maintenance, you must perform additional commissioning.
When servicing a vehicle, many of the operations may be grouped due to the similarity of the nature of work. This is illustrated by the following example. If the vehicle is raised for lubrication of the chassis, at the same time you can check the exhaust system, suspension, steering and fuel supply system.
If the wheels are removed for periodic tire rotation, check the condition of the brakes and wheel bearings.
If you have borrowed a torque wrench at the same time check the tightening torque of the spark plugs, and wheel bearings. For a small car maintenance necessary skills, so please review the relevant sections. Gather all the necessary parts and tools. If you suddenly have problems when performing any work, consult your dealer.
