Bolts cylinder head (the engine 2,5)

A warning

Figure refers to the engine capacity of 2.5 liters (22 screws). The engine 2.2 liter with 18 bolts in the cylinder head - the same sequence of actions.


Cylinder head understands only engine cooling. Taps exhaust and intake pipes remain connected. Symptom gasket cylinder head are the same as described for the engine 2 liters.

Withdrawal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Raise the engine hood.
2. Disconnect the "weight" of the battery (-).
A warning

This erased anti-theft radio code.


3. Raise the front and remove the bottom cover of the engine compartment.
4. Drain the coolant.
5. Remove the front exhaust pipe from the exhaust manifold.
6. Remove the exhaust pipe from the side of the holder.
7. Remove the hydraulic clutch fan.
8. Loosen and remove the V-ribbed belt.
9. Disconnect vacuum hoses (2, 3) by a vacuum pump (5) and the details of the distributor (arrow). If necessary, pre loosen and slide back hose clip.
10. Remove the vent hose from the cooling system (1) and coolant hose after loosening the hose clamps.
11. Remove the hose connects the air filter.
12. Disconnect the vacuum hose (7) and (8) of the tank vacuum pressure regulator valve and the exhaust recirculation valve device.
13. Disconnect the temperature switches on the left side of the cylinder head flange and a cooling system.
14. Remove the camshafts.
15. Remove the upper fingers (14) guide rail of the control circuit (15) via the ejector (2) and stud M6.
If such an instrument is not present, can be removed by fingers sprocket with ten teeth (tetra length = 1/2) and M6 bolts having a length about triple asterisk, and a lock nut. To do this, screw the lock nut on the bolt and insert the M6 screws on top of washers. Push your finger on the sprocket bolt M6 screw in the threaded pin and tighten the lock nut until it touches the surface of the stars. Shims used to improve the contact surfaces. Pull your finger, hold the bolt head with a wrench while turning the lock nut wrench relative to the sprocket.
16. Just remove lower fingers guide rail located below the element for connection to the coolant.
17. Remove the crankcase the camshaft (10) and remove it. Bucket tappets removed do not need: they do not fall out, because of the lower lip.

A warning

Pay attention to the two adjusting sleeve (13). O-ring (12) when remounting should be replaced.


18. Remove the nozzle from the fuel lines.
19. Remove the guide tube dipstick (10) for an automatic transmission (if any) from the cylinder head back to the right.
20. Remove the dipstick guide tube (11) from the cylinder head.
21. Remove the shock absorber (13) of the device tension ribbed belt from the cylinder head.
22. Disconnect fuel lines (90/1) and (90/2) by preheating the fuel.

A warning

In order to facilitate subsequent installation of the fuel label tape. Vylivsheesya fuel assemble cloth.


23. Disconnect the cable channel (22) by preheating the fuel.
24. Remove the electrical wiring of the glow plugs (R9), the properly labeled wire with adhesive tape.
25. Disconnect shtekkernye connections from the coolant temperature sensor for the air conditioner (B10 / 8), the display device (B11 / 4) and re-bulbs (B11 / 8).
26. Remove the cable channel (1) from the fuel heat exchanger (60).
27. Remove the thick coolant hose rear cylinder head fixing clamp is fully opened.
28. Remove the screws, remove the fuel filter holder to the cylinder head and set aside together with associated fuel lines.
29. Remove the guide rail in the crankcase circuit in the same manner as the upper tire.
30. Remove the two screws M8 cylinder head with a long socket wrench SW.
31. Remove the cylinder head bolts in the reverse order of their numbering, t. E. From 22 to 1 (see. Fig. Bolts cylinder head (the engine 2,5)). In this first loosen all of the bolts 1/2 turn, and then completely remove the using the socket spanner in the nozzle, for example, HAZET 2751.
32. The cylinder head is better to raise together. The repair shops screw holder (17) instead of the outer bearing cap and hang the camshaft chain hoist to lift the cylinder head.

Setting


PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Before installing the cylinder head, clean the scraper from the remnants of sealant. Make sure that they do not fall into the holes.
2. Threaded holes, free of oil and water, blow compressed air. If there is no compressed air, fluid in blind holes soak a rag wrapped around a small screwdriver.
3. Check the cylinder head and cylinder block for cracks and flatness using a steel ruler.
4. Always replace the gasket cylinder head (20).
5. Put a new gasket without sealant so that it does not cover the openings.
6. Install the cylinder head (21).

7. Measure the length (L) of the cylinder head bolts. If you exceed the maximum length (see. Table Bolts cylinder head), then in any case, replace the bolt.
8. Apply engine oil to the bolt threads of the cylinder head, as well as their place to fit it, screw the bolts and tighten by hand (see. Fig. Bolts cylinder head (the engine 2,5)).
A warning

Bolts cylinder head installed without shims. Carefully tighten the cylinder head bolts. Pre-check the accuracy of the torque wrench.


Tighten the cylinder head bolts in the sequence 1 to 22 and, respectively, from 1 to 18, in 4 steps.
A warning

Cylinder head bolts are tightened at each stage in the sequence from 1 to 22 or 1 to 18th.


Stage 1: torque wrench to 15 Nm
Stage 2: torque wrench to 35 Nm
Step 3: open-end wrench tighten the screws in the same direction by 90 ?�.
A warning

At this point, take a 10-minute break for rain bolts. Then, tighten the bolts on without weakening.


Step 4: Turn the screws in the same direction 90 ?� open-end wrench.
A warning

When tightening the bolts evaluate the angle of rotation. Place the handle of the wrench along the engine and tighten the bolt with one force while the handle key will not be across the motor (1/4 turn, 90 ?�).


9. 2 bolts M8 (a) the front cylinder head set with lock washers and tighten the long socket wrench SW6 to 25 Nm
10. Replace fuel filter holder and tighten to 25 Nm, the bolts (b).
11. Install the lower guide rail of the control circuit in the circuit housing and insert bearings fingers. At the same time, set the guide rail so that the elements of the installation of the upper thrust pin (A) and the lower pin (B) is on top.
12. Put on a thick coolant hose to the rear coolant pipe and secure it with a clamp.
13. Connect the electric wires to the spark plugs and the coolant temperature sensor.
14. Screw the cable channel to the system pre-heating fuel.
15. Connect to 25 Nm shock tensioner V-ribbed belt to the cylinder head.
16. Screw the guide tube for oil dipstick in the engine and the automatic transmission to the cylinder head.
17. Install the nozzle.
18. Install the crankcase the camshaft with bucket tappets and align the two discharge sleeves (13).

A warning

O-rings (12) between the cylinder head and crankcase of camshafts should always be replaced with new ones. Fasten the two screws (11) to a torque of 15 Nm


19. Place the upper guide rail of the control circuit, drive the thrust fingers.
20. Install the camshafts and cylinder head cover.
21. Place the hose of the air filter.
22. Put the vacuum hose 2 to the tank vacuum pressure regulator valve and the exhaust gas recirculation valve.
23. Put the wire at a temperature switch on the left side of the cylinder head coolant flange.
24. Put the vacuum hoses (2, 3) to a vacuum pump (5) and the part of the distributor (arrow), secure the hose clamps.
25. Put the hose deaeration coolant (1) and the coolant hose (4) and secure with clamps.
26. Install the V-ribbed belt.
27. Hook and adjust the throttle cable.
28. Install hydraulic clutch fan.
29. Screw the front exhaust pipe to the collector and the side holders.
30. Fill the coolant.
31. Connect the "masses" (-) to the battery.
A warning

If you have a defective gasket cylinder head, replace the engine oil and oil filter.


32. Bring the engine to operating temperature and check the tightness of all the elements of a connector.
33. Establish the bottom cover of the engine compartment and fasten bolts.
A warning

Tightening the cylinder head bolts is prohibited.


34. To close the bonnet, press release on the left arm.
