PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Check the engine mounts, hoses, coolant, fuel and oil lines on the porosity and cracks and, if necessary, replace them.
2. Check groove ball bearings of the crankshaft and the clutch thrust bearing on the ease of rotation and bearing clutch free-flowing.
3. Check whether there is enough thickness and what is the condition of the friction clutch linings.
4. If separated, attach the transmission to the engine and enter them together in the engine compartment.
5. When installing the engine must be lowered gently to avoid damaging the drive shaft, grip and body.
6. Tighten the bolts connecting the engine and gearbox.
7. Bolts front bearing screw by hand.
8. Bolts rear engine bracket, tighten with a torque of 45 Nm and nuts - with a torque of 70 Nm *
9. Tighten the screws of the front bearing motors with a torque of 30 Nm
10. Remove the jack and disconnect the cable from the engine.
11. Set the transmission propeller shaft. *
12. Screw the convector tunnel on average. *
13. Screw the lateral support to the PPC flue device. *
14. If the engine is removed without gearbox, install the starter.
15. Screw the wire of "weight" between the starter and the body.
16. Connect the electrical wires to the starter.
17. Screw speed sensor (L3). *
18. Screw the tachometer inductive sensor, if any.
19. Automatic transmission: Connect the transaxle shift lever mechanism and insert the wiring switches immobilizer and rear light (S 16/1). Insert the wiring Kickdown solenoid valve on the right side of the gearbox. Check the adjustment of the switching mechanism. *
20. Screw the hydraulic hose of the clutch switch, remove the air from the clutch switch. *
21. Manual transmission: Stocks set of forks to handle the switching gearbox and secure clamps. Check the adjustment.
22. Automatic gearbox: Screw the oil pipes of the air cooler.
23. Remove the hose clamps.
24. Level Adjustment: Screw the oil lines / masloshlangi to the discharge oil pump.
25. Screw the hydraulic hoses to the pumps' torque 30 Nm
26. Connect all electrical wires, that is, glow plugs, plug thermoswitch, alternator wire three-phase current, oil level gauge and oil pressure switch.
27. Strengthen the phase wire in the holder on the starter.
28. Air conditioning: tighten to 25 Nm refrigerant compressor. Install the ribbed V-belt.
29. Install the heat sink.
30. Attach the coolant hoses and secure communications.
31. Check the antifreeze in the coolant and refill.
32. Screw the exhaust manifold to the outlet flange of the exhaust pipe.
33. Connect the positive cable (X4) to a connector element located at the bottom left of the car.
34. Establish the bottom cover of the engine compartment.
35. Lower the car.
36. Set the throttle cable and adjust it.
37. Insert the rod into the engine hood.
38. Screw the front transverse support beam with spacer.
39. Insert the fuel according to their marking.
40. Screw the hose to the vacuum brake booster vacuum pump.
41. Attach the vacuum hose that leads to the engine.
42. Check the oil level in a box, if necessary, add it.
43. Fill the hydraulic oil for the power steering, remove the air from the amplifier.
44. Clean the air filter, replace it if necessary.
45. Install the air filter.
46. Install the air hose.
47. Connect the "weight" to the battery.
48. Bring the engine up to operating temperature, check the brake fluid level and check the tightness of all elements of the hose connections.
49. To close the bonnet, pull the locking lever on the left hinge, and slowly lower the hood until the lever locks into place.
