1. Relieve the pressure in the supply system (see. Section Dropping the pressure in the supply).
2. Disconnect the negative wire from the battery.  | If installed on the car stereo is equipped with a security code before to disconnect the battery make sure that have a correct combination for entering the equipment in action! |
3. Remove the upper section of the inlet pipeline (pressure chamber) (see. Part Engines SOHC or Engines DOHC The Heads Engine).  | 4. Disconnect the wiring from the injector fuel injection. |
 | 5. To carry out maintenance of the injector (s) Unscrew the locking cap (s) and remove the injector (s) of the assembly of the fuel line. Please rate the condition of the sealing rings of each shot injectors, rings, replace defective. Before installing injectors, lubricate O-rings with liquid lubricating oil. | In no case do not use silicone grease lubrication rings - it can lead to clogged injectors! Light rotary-translational motion plant injector (s) to the pipeline. Clean and install the locking cap (s) and tighten the mounting screws with the required torque. |

 | 6. To remove the fuel line disconnect it from the supply line and fuel return, then remove the cap screws (two on each side). |
7. Gently rock the assembly line from side to side, remove the assembly from the injector to the intake manifold lower section.  | 8. Install in the reverse order. Pay attention to the following points:
a) Do not forget to check the status of support insulators line, replace defective components;
b) By putting the insulators in the bottom section of the intake pipe, lightly lubricate them with machine oil. |
