Removal and installation of power cables release locks luggage compartment lid and access door fuel filler



PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. All models provided cable drive remote door opening hatch fuel filler. Unlocking the luggage compartment lid on some models also drive cable is made, other electromagnetic actuator is provided.
2. Inside the trunk, remove the left side panel trim to provide access to the tip of the cable access door lock actuator filler. With the door open pull out the cable so that the plastic housing completely out of the tip into the filler neck compartment. Pull the tip out and remove the cover from the old rope.
3. Bend the carpet in order to ensure access to the drive cable. Release all intermediate clamps of fastening a cable to the body panels. Location rope unlocking the luggage compartment described in Section Removal and installation of the cylinder latch and lock the luggage compartment lid. On some models, the cable is provided instead of the solenoid actuator unlocking, but both are connected to the latch mechanism in one place.

4. Pull the carpet near the driver's seat in order to ensure access to the lever release mechanism. Give a tip of a cable nut (s) to the hairpin, then disconnect the cable (s) from the lever.

5. Tie the end of the cable segment of a string.
6. Pull the cable inside the trunk, leaving a string threaded into the body panels.
7. Tie the string to the new cable, pull in to the salon, and connect to the lever. The further installation is made in the reverse order of dismantle of components.
