Changing the oil and oil filter



1. Changing the oil is the most simple operation that can be performed independently.
2. Replace the filter it is advisable to combine with the oil change.
3. Before starting work, prepare all the necessary tools and materials.
4. Put the vehicle on a pit or trestle.
5. Wipe the pan drain plug.
6. Warm up the engine.
7. oil changes to full engine is warm.
8. Place a pan under the drain plug and release the stopper.
9. Remove the plug last few turns slowly rotate the cap (see photo).
10. Drain the oil in the substituted pallet.
11. After draining oil, wipe the stopper with a clean cloth (see photo).
12. Wipe the pan around the drain plug and tighten. Tighten the cap to the specified torque.
13. Move the pan under the oil filter.

15. Remove the filter by hand.
16. Make sure that the type and size of the new filter is completely consistent with the type and size of the waste.
17. Dry with a clean cloth place fit a filter on the engine block. Remove the gasket.
18. Lightly oil the engine rubber gasket of the new filter (see photo).
13.18 Before wrapping the filter, lubricate the filter gasket with fresh oil for the engine.
19. Wrap the filter and tighten the filter by hand.
20. Remove the tool and lower the car.
21. Fill in oil of the necessary mark through a plug oil-filler cap on the cylinder head cover.
22. First, pour about 0.8 liters of oil, and then wait a few minutes to all the oil in the glass tray and check the oil level dipstick.
23. Continue to add oil in small portions, to reach the level of "L". Start the engine to fill the oil lubricating all channels.
24. Stop the engine immediately and check the oil leak, if necessary, pull the plug or filter.
25. Check the level and add oil if necessary.
26. During several trips after the oil change is particularly closely monitor the leak and check the oil level.
