Checking the power steering fluid



1. The power steering fluid level should be checked periodically and restore.
2. Feeding tank is mounted on the power steering pump, and is located in front of the engine compartment. On engines V6 tank is located behind the battery.
3. When checking the level of the wheel is in the position for driving straight, the engine must be stopped. The fluid in the power and the engine must be cold.
4. Wipe the tank.
5. Remove the oil tank with built-in probe (photo).
6. Wipe the dipstick. and reinsert the tank. Remove the dipstick and check the fluid level, which must be between the marks on the dipstick.
7. If necessary, add a liquid to a normal level
8. If you want to frequent topping up the fluid, then there is a leak in the hydraulic drive and check the condition of all pipes and connections.
