Check of dustproof covers of hinges of the front suspension

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Lift the front of the car and fix on supports, thus wheels should hang in the air.
	2. Light portable lamp dustproof covers of the bottom hinges front suspension (arrow) and check their condition.
	3. Light a portable lamp dustproof cover tie rod (arrow) and check their condition.
4. Any deterioration of these covers will lead to loss of lubricant and the ingress of water and dirt, which leads to rapid wear of ball joint or a steering gear. In the presence of defects, for security reasons, at service stations Volkswagen replace the corresponding hinge with dust cover.
