Fuel filter diesel engines

1 - spring bracket;

2 - valve;

3 - the fuel hose;

4 - the fuel hose

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Establish under the fuel filter the corresponding container.
2. Release the spring clip (1) and remove the unit from the hoses to the valve (2) (see. Fig. Fuel filter diesel engines)
3. Remove the clamps that secure the fuel lines to the fuel filter and remove the fuel filter with the fittings.
4. Loosen the screw krepeniya filter (arrow) and remove the fuel filter by pulling it up.
5. Replace the O-ring valve and lubricate it with clean diesel fuel.
6. Fill the filter with diesel fuel, so that the engine can be started quickly.
7. Replace the fuel filter bracket and fix it with the screw.
8. Replace the valve and secure it with a spring clamp.
9. Connect the fuel filter and fix their collars. The arrow on the fuel filter indicates the direction of the flow of fuel.
10. Removal of air from fuel system happens automatically when the engine is started. After a few taps on the accelerator pedal, fuel without vials should flow on the transparent pipeline to the high pressure fuel pump.
11. Visually inspect the fuel system for leaks, especially at the joints of the fuel filter.
