Check the initial position of the wiper arm

The initial position of the windscreen wiper blade

A = 20-30 mm

Starting position rear window wiper

a = 25 mm

Check and adjust the angle of the wiper arm

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Turn on and turn off the windshield wipers, and they are established in a starting position.

2. Check the distance between the wiper rubber band and the bottom of the glass, which should be 20-30 mm on the windshield and 25 mm on the rear window (see. Fig. The initial position of the windscreen wiper and rice. The starting position of the wiper blade rear window) .

Check the angle of the wiper arm

PERFORMANCE ORDER

A warning

Check the angle of the wiper arm must be carried out at a low efficiency of cleaning the glass, or when there is noise in the brush.

1. Turn on and off screen wipers, thus screen wiper levers will be established in a starting position. Remove the wiper blade.

2. The wiper arm (1) into the tool HAZET 4851-1 or 3358 VW and screw (see. Fig. Check and adjust the angle of the wiper arm).

3. If necessary, adjust, being careful wrench (1) rotate the tool VW 3358 up until the arrow points to the scale of the required value of ?� 2 ?�.

4. Remove tool VW 3358, install and secure the wiper blade.
