Installation of an automatic transmission



The sequence of installation of an automatic transmission

1 - number 2 engine mount;
2 - Transmission;
3 - nuts torque converter;
4 - the bottom casing;
5 - prop engine ?��4;
6 - screws engine support ?��1;
7 - motor support;
8 - the rubber element of the engine support ?��5;
9 - an intermediate shaft;
10 - drive shaft;
11 - earring of the stabilizer;
12 - a tip of steering draft;
13- lower lever;
14 - a reception exhaust pipe;
15 - cross;
16 - mudguard;
17 - wheel;
18 - oil hose;
19 - starter;
20 - Front engine mounts;
21 - a bolt;
22 - connection with "weight";
23 - socket of the gauge of a speedometer;
24 - sensor connector of the turbine;
25 - bolts of fastening of the fuel filter;

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. The installation of an automatic transmission spend to sequences, return to removal.
2. Installation of separate details given above.

TRANSMISSION

A warning

Do not let fall a transmission from the stand.


PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Set the gearbox on the rack and lift it into place.
2. Screw bolts gearbox.

Torque: 69-99 N ??? m

3. Screw nuts torque converter.

Torque: 38-60 N ??? m

4. Lightly tighten the screws engine support ?��4

Bolts number 1 engine mounts.


A warning

Misalignment bolts may cause damage holes for them.


PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. When using the special tool (support for the engine) ensure the coincidence of the bolt holes in the gearbox and engine support number 1.
2. Tighten bolts to torque.

Torque: 67-93 N ??? m


Engine Supports

A warning

Make sure that the rubber sheets for mounting the engine installed, as shown in the figure.

When installing the engine mounting engine mounting studs align with the holes ?��2.


PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Replace and tighten the bolts and nuts A.

Torque: 67-93 N ??? m

2. Replace and slightly tighten nuts B.
3. Tighten the engine mounting ?��4

Torque: 67-93 N ??? m
4. Remove the special tool (support for the engine).
5. Tighten the nuts B.

Torque: 45-104 N ??? m

INTERMEDIATE SHAFT
A warning

Check for damaged oil seal.

Do not damage the oil seal splined shaft.


PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove the special tool from the gearbox housing.
2. Lubricate the transmission fluid ATF oil seal flange and insert the intermediate shaft to the transmission.
3. Attach the intermediate shaft on the cylinder block by tightening the screws in sequence.

Torque: 43-61 N ??? m

DRIVE SHAFT
A warning

Check for damaged oil seal.

Do not damage the oil seal splined shaft.


PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove the special tool from the gearbox housing.
2. Install snap ring at the inner end of the drive shaft, wherein the slit snap ring should be placed on.
3. Lubricate the transmission fluid ATF flange oil seal and install the drive shaft.
4. Ensure proper fit of the drive shaft, pulling it out, the shaft should not slip out.

TIE ROD END

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Establish pins of spherical hinges of the left and right tips of steering drafts in rotary fists and fix them with new nuts.

Torque: 43-56 N ??? m
2. cotter lock nut from loosening.

The bottom lever

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Establish pins of spherical hinges of the left and right bottom levers in rotary fists and fix their coupling bolts.

Torque: 44-58 N ??? m
2. Screw the nuts an additional wheel speed sensor ABS.

The inhaling moment: 7,9-10,7 N ??? m

3. Install the brake hose clamp.

OIL HOSE
A warning

In the case of re-use of the hose clamp, place it on the site of the original position and gently squeeze clamp pliers for its large guaranteed fix.


PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Align the marks and slide the hose on the oil cooler tube until fully seated as shown.
2. Install hose clamp on the center of the mark and the angle indicated in the figure.
3. Make sure that the hose clamp does not touch the other parts.

STAND engine mounts

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Place a rack bearing motor as shown in the figure.
2. Connect the cable to the negative terminal of the battery.
3. Pour the liquid into the automatic transmission.
4. Adjust the control cable transmission.
