1. Start up the engine. |
2. Check the engine speed of the engine idling and the selector position "P". Specifications:
The frequency of rotation of the crankshaft of the engine idling: 800 ?� 50 min -1 Ignition timing (BTDC): 10 ?� 1 ?� (Contact TEN of a diagnostic socket is earthed) |
3. Move the selector lever to position "D" and the pressure gauge to read the pressure. |
4. Connect the manometer OK201 190 AA0 to the union pressure test. |
A warning To avoid damage to the gearbox, follow steps 4 and 5 for 5 seconds.

5. The left foot press to lock the brake pedal and the right foot gently press the accelerator pedal. |
6. If the engine speed of the engine is no longer increases, the pressure gauge to read the pressure and release the accelerator pedal. |
A warning Engine operation for at least one minute at idling speed transmission fluid cools and prevents deterioration of its properties.

7. With the engine running, move the selector lever to position N and leave the engine running at idle speed for at least one minute. |
8. Similarly measure the pressure in all positions of the selector lever. |

9. Screw the new square head plug in the hole for the pressure test nipple.
Torque: 50-100 N ??? m |
